State Fair Guide: 17 new food stands include pizza in a cone and a familiar BBQ joint

Among the 17 or so “new” food and beverage vendors coming to this year’s New York State Fair are stands specializing in pizza in a cone, lotus drinks and steamed Chinese dumplings.

There’s also a name familiar to Central New York diners.
