Pamela Helen Allen, 73, passed away on July 16, 2025 at Liberty Place Memory Care in West Chester, OH. Her husband of 46 years, Richard Allen cared for her every day for 11 years as she battled with Alzheimer's disease.

Pam is also survived by her son Rich Jr. (Debbie) Allen, daughter Cherri (Houston) Lay, and daughter Jonna (Jason) Westover, her grandchildren Savannah, Kyle, Andrew, Emily, Jada, Jacob, Ethan, her 2 great grandchildren, and her brothers Donald Wiesmann and Glenn Wiesmann. Pam was a very loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was beautiful, classy, kind and always wanted to help everyone she knew.

Pam was born to Jacob and Eleanor Wiesmann and grew up the youngest of 9 kids on a small dairy farm in southeastern Indiana
