Four shops have been raided in a crackdown on criminal activity in Coventry . Officers swooped on the city businesses this morning (August 19).
Officers from the Hillfields NPT were joined by Trading Standards and Black Country Womens Aid. Together, they targeted retailers believed to be selling counterfeit cigarettes, vapes and toys.
Hundreds of illegal vapes, counterfeit cigarettes, and illicit tobacco were found. Officers also seized a large amount of 'dangerous' toys, with the haul estimated to be worth more than £15,000.
