SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Officers with the Shreveport Police Department are asking for help in finding a missing man.

Jeremy Williams, 37, was reported missing on Aug. 17. He was last seen at around 7 p.m. on Aug. 13.

Williams is 5′10″ and weighs between 165-175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue hat, jeans, a white muscle shirt and black & white Adidas slides.

SPD says Williams has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. They say he is believed to be off his medication.
