The Colts signed Jones on March 11 to a one-year contract counting $14.5 million toward the 2025 salary cap, according to Spotrac. The No. 6 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft played most of six season with the New York Giants, who cut him late in 2024. He finished the 2024 season on the Minnesota Vikings, but did not play.
