TUSCALOOSA, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A man is under arrest following a shooting Aug. 18 at Valmont Industries in Tuscaloosa.

Police say an employee, who was sitting in his vehicle, was shot by a former employee around 8:17 p.m.

The victim was able to go back into the business and get help. His injuries are serious, but not considered life-threatening.

The suspect ran from the scene, but was arrested a short time later.

Travis Moore, 35, had been in an ongoing argument with the victim, according to police.

Moore was also out on bond for an attempted murder arrest from 2023.

He is charged with attempted murder and shooting into an occupied vehicle. Moore is in the Tuscaloosa County Jail without bond.
