A fire has been reported at an apartment complex in southeast Houston.

The blaze was reported at around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday morning at the Del Mar apartment complex at 10909 Gulf Freeway.

Multiple units were damaged from the fire, but the full extent of the situation is unclear at this time.

Our Sky 2 Chopper was over the scene, capturing footage of a heavily burned roof with multiple exposed units.

Firefighters were in units with axes and hoses, trying to control the fires and save anyone who might have been trapped inside.

KPRC 2 is working to determine the cause of the fire.
