TRAFFIC: Milling, paving planned for West Genesee Street in Camillus

CAMILLUS, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- The Onondaga County DOT plans to mill a relatively well-traveled section of West Genesee Street.

On Aug. 19, workers will be milling West Genesee Street between Knowell Road and Dunning Drive.

Paving will then follow during the evening hours. The crew begins at 8 p.m. to decrease traffic backups.

"This will absolutely increase traffic along with new traffic patterns for a period of a few days, so please plan accordingly and use alternate routes," said the Camillus Police Department.

Make room for extra travel time while crews work on the street.
