BULLHEAD CITY — The Bullhead City Council intentionally took no action on changing a public access point to the Colorado River, leaving open for now a city easement on a stormwater drainage corridor in the Holiday Shores neighborhood.

Mayor Rodney Head, though, found it necessary to tell a large crowd at Monday night's meeting what taking no action actually meant. About three dozen residents of the neighborhood helped fill the gallery at the City Council chamber with 20 of them speaking during an hour-long discussion that weighed public access to the river, private property rights and enforcement of existing laws and ordinances. ×
