The Town of Cutler Bay’s Bay Coastal Cleanup Day will take place on Saturday September 20, the 40th anniversary of the International Coastal Cleanup, the world’s largest, one-day volunteer effort for oceans and waterways. Residents are urged to show their commitment to reducing marine debris along with millions of volunteers from around the globe.
The event takes place at the corner of SW 87th Ave and SW 212th Street from 9 a.m. to noon. Parking for participants is available at Cutler Bay Senior High School, 8601 SW 212 Street. Registration is required to participate in the cleanup.
