BATON ROUGE — LSU football star junior linebacker Harold Perkins Jr. returned to practice Tuesday, head coach Brian Kelly told reporters.
One day after missing practice, Perkins was back with the team for its 17th preseason session.

The Daily Advertiser reported Monday that Perkins was absent from LSU's practice as he was taking a "personal day" and that coaches expected him to be back out for Tuesday's practice.
Perkins was a full participant in Friday's practice, the last media had a chance to view. The team did hold its second scrimmage of the fall Saturday night inside Tiger Stadium but it was closed to the
