Michelle Williams is thanking her surrogate for “the miracle of our little girl” after quietly welcoming her fourth child earlier this year.

After months of speculation, the Oscar nominee confirmed on Monday that she and her husband, Thomas Kail, welcomed a baby girl .

Williams — who already shared two children with Kail, as well as her oldest child with late actor Heath Ledger — revealed the news while giving a special shoutout to her surrogate.

“I’ve got to give a big shoutout to Christine, ’cause this last baby did not come through my body,” Williams said during an interview on “ Jimmy Kimmel Live! ,” which Tiffany Haddish was guest hosting. “The miracle of our little girl is thanks to Christine. … Thanks to Christine, I have three under 5 at home.”
