LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Five Iron Golf, a popular venue for indoor golf and entertainment, is planning a second Louisville location.
The $750,000 project will transform a long-vacant space at 104 S. Fourth St., at the corner of Fourth and Main, into a state-of-the-art golf and entertainment hub.
The downtown venue will feature six Trackman golf simulators, a full-service bar, and a menu of upscale bar bites, mirroring the successful NuLu location that opened in April 2024.
The space aims to cater to everyone from casual tourists to seasoned golfers, offering lessons with certified coaches and the ability to play on over 300 virtual courses.
Peter McCormick, who is part of a franchise group that owns the Louisville locations, said the city is where their American franchise story began.
