MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A 26-year-old man was arrested in Madison on Monday night after allegedly repeatedly shouting a racial slur.
The Madison Police Department said the man was near the intersection of State Street and West Mifflin Street around 11:30 p.m. and appeared to want to start a fight.
The suspect was described by officers as “extremely agitated” and allegedly failed to comply.
After a brief struggle, he was placed in police custody and arrested.
He faces charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and bail jumping.
