ROCHESTER, Minn. — The Rochester-Olmsted Council of Governments (ROCOG) is inviting residents to participate in discussions about the 2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The program outlines federally funded transportation projects in the Rochester-Olmsted County area. In-person open houses will take place on August 21, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Rochester Public Library, located at 101 Second Street SE, in the second floor meeting room.
