LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) - A Leon County rest stop on Interstate 10 was swallowed by smoke after a truck caught fire Tuesday morning.

A Florida 511 traffic camera near mile marker 194 showed a black Ford pickup truck parked at the rest stop engulfed in flames.

According to FHP, a nurse from Bonifay was coming into town when she had to stop there to use the restroom. She said when she came back outside to the parking lot, her truck was smoking and then it burst into flames.

Luckily, no one was hurt and firefighters were able to extinguish the flames and stop the fire from spreading.
