A former employee of Floyd Mayweather’s Hollywood gym sued the establishment Tuesday for alleged state Labor Code violations, including failure to pay monies owed to discharged employees as well as those who voluntarily quit.

Joseph Sims’ Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit also contends that workers were not compensated for missed meal and rest breaks, that they were not provided accurate wage statements and that the gym failed to reimburse them for all out-of-pocket business expenses.

Sims seeks payment for all monies allegedly owed, with interest, plus restitution and punitive damages. A representative for the Highland Avenue gym did not immediately reply to a request for comment.
