(NewsNation) — The father of missing seven-month-old Emmanuel Haro is cooperating with police and has handed over all his electronic devices and passwords, according to his lawyer.
"I don't know where that statement that they stopped cooperating came from," Vincent Hughes, who is representing Jake Haro in a separate case, told "Banfield" on Tuesday. "I spoke to the detectives yesterday, offered for Jake to continue to speak with them; have not been made aware of any requests today to speak with Jake."
San Bernardino County deputies in southern California have been searching for Emmanuel Haro since Aug. 14. Police say his mother, Rebecca Haro, declined to be interviewed further when they questioned inconsistencies in her story about her son's disappearance and that detectives haven't been
