Newark police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect accused of burglarizing Integrity House in Lincoln Park earlier this month, stealing cash and personal items from residents enrolled in a drug treatment program.
According to information released by Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., officers responded to Integrity House on August 17, at approximately 2:51 a.m. after a burglary was reported.
Surveillance video shows the suspect entering the building through the rear and moving in and out of several rooms before leaving around 3:08 a.m.
Later that morning, staff discovered two open bookbags in a bathroom.
