A proposal to add 18 residences on the site of a former museum along Frederick’s East Street has raised questions from neighbors, including about how it would affect parking in the neighborhood.

The preliminary plans for Ausherman Properties to build 18 “2-over-2” condominium/townhouses at 220 N. East St. were reviewed at a meeting Monday night.
