A new conservation-focused neighborhood is under construction near the Harpeth River State Park's Hidden Lake trailhead.
Harpeth Overlook, a development consisting of 35 single-family homes, is nestled between the Travis Trace community and the Harpeth River off of McCrory Lane on the western-most side of Davidson County.
"It’s kind of a cool, novel concept for Nashville, I think,” said Justin Koziol, founder and CEO of Aera Systems.
Koziol says prospective residents can expect to begin moving into the 2,500- to 3,000-square-foot homes in 2026.
The conservation development outlines several unique features, including building with sustainable materials, a nature trail that will encompass the perimeter of the development and communal green spaces.
