White House launches TikTok account as social media app still faces possible ban

TikTok's parent company, Byte Dance, has a Sept. 17 deadline to sell to a U.S. buyer or be banned nationwide in the U.S. President Trump has already delayed enforcement three times despite bipartisan concerns over national security.
