Actor David Hekili Kenui Bell , who made his film debut in the live action version of Lilo & Stitch earlier this year, suffered several health issues prior to his death at the age of 46 in June, according to his autopsy report.
The Hawaii Police Department report, which was obtained by PEOPLE on Tuesday (August 19), listed four "pathological diagnoses" including acute respiratory failure, sepsis, hypertensive/atherosclerotic heart disease and morbid obesity.
