Lilo & Stitch actor David Hekili Kenui Bell died on June 12 at the age of 46.
According to the autopsy report issued by the Hawaii Police Department, obtained by People , four "pathological diagnoses" were listed: "acute respiratory failure, sepsis, hypertensive/atherosclerotic heart disease and morbid obesity."
Newsweek reached out to the Hawaii Police Department on Wednesday via email outside regular working hours for comment.
