Tillis on Trump's D.C. crime crackdown: "What we are doing now is micromanaging local governments"

North Carolina Sen. Thom Tillis says Washington, D.C., does have a crime problem as the Trump administration deploys troops to the area, but tells CBS News' Major Garrett that he is concerned about potential overreach.
