Four BBC Gladiators stars suffer injuries while filming for new series

Production for the latest series of Gladiators has descended into turmoil following a spate of injuries amongst key cast members on set.

The newest episodes of the BBC programme, which made its comeback in 2024 with presenting duo Bradley and Barney Walsh, are currently being filmed but proceedings have encountered significant setbacks. Four prominent stars from the series - Legend, Bionic, Diamond and Athena - have all sustained injuries during filming.

Legend, known in real life as Matt Morsia, suffered a torn bicep, while Matty Campbell, who performs under the moniker Bionic, has dislocated his shoulder.
