‘Trump Has the Cards!’ Joe Scarborough Drops Surprising Take on Trump-Putin Power Struggle

Despite a host of critics panning President Donald Trump in the wake of his meeting with Russia’s Vladimir Putin , one of MSNBC’s flagship voices believes Trump emerged from the Alaska summit in the driver’s seat.

In a surprising commentary on Wednesday’s Morning Joe, host Joe Scarborough said that it is Trump — and not Putin — who has the commanding position in the talks about a potential peace agreement with Ukraine.
