Ahead of its first-ever season, Boston Legacy FC is establishing an Athlete Advisory Board to help guide the club.

Each of the four members have some connection to Boston or Massachusetts sports, whether that’s through an active role or a past playing experience.

Aliyah Boston, who is also a part-owner of the team , is the only active athlete to be on the board.

“Boston Legacy is more than just a football club, it’s about community, pride, and creating something lasting for the city,” the WNBA All-Star said in a statement. “I believe what this club stands for and I want to be part of the foundation that guides its future.”
