A blanket of smoke was seen across parts of South Florida on Wednesday as firefighters in Broward County worked to control a brush fire in the Everglades, according to WSVN.
Winds from the west pushed the smoke into Broward and Miami-Dade metro areas.
Aerial footage from the station shows a brush fire burning and sending thick white smoke into the air.
About 19,200 acres have burned across two brush fires, according to the Florida Forest Service as reported by WSVN.
