NEOSHO, Mo. — The sale of Neosho’s municipal water and wastewater systems will be in the hands of the Missouri Public Service Commission soon after a vote by the Neosho City Council Tuesday.

Council members voted 7-0 to to give final approval for the sale to Missouri American Water for $34.5 million after more than an hour of discussion among residents and city council members. ×
