SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Raindrops fall on visitors' umbrellas and ponchos as they enter the Little League International Complex in South Williamsport. Despite wet weather in the forecast, fans still came out to enjoy some baseball and get that once-in-a-lifetime experience.

"I'm looking forward to seeing Taiwan play, and going down the hill when it's wet," said Justin Winters, New Jersey.

That's what Jamie Knoble's sons were trying to do. The rain turned dusty cardboard rides on the hill near Lamade Stadium into slippery, fast, fun-making memories that'll last long after the Little League World Series.

"Heading back to school soon, this weather could not stop us, it's actually beautiful, it's not raining, and we're doing great," said Jaime Knoble, Bucks County.
