A Massachusetts dentist is accused of secretly recording people with a hidden camera in a staff restroom at New England Dental Group in Marlborough.

The Middlesex County District Attorney's Office said Wednesday that 35-year-old Dr. Patrick Tu Huynh of Marlborough is facing seven counts of photographing a person in a state of nudity without consent, two counts of unlawful wiretap and a charge of destruction of property.

Prosecutors said a dental assistant first approached Huynh to report finding a camera taped to the toilet in May. He allegedly removed the camera and said he would try to identify the person responsible.
