CHAPEL HILL — With under two weeks until UNC football’ s season opener against TCU on Labor Day, Bill Belichick and the Tar Heels have yet to settle on a starting quarterback.

If they have, the 73-year-old coach isn't ready to announce that information. When asked during his fourth press conference of the preseason how close he is to naming a starting quarterback, Belichick smiled before cracking a joke.
