UCF football players Mike Sims-Walker , Alex Haynes and Cornell Green are among the six former Knights athletes to be inducted into the 2025 Hall of Fame class.

Track and field standout Aurieyall Scott, volleyball player Miriam Metzcus-Ochoa and men’s basketball player Dexter Lyons round out the class.

This year’s class will be recognized during a banquet on Friday, Oct. 17, at the Celeste Hotel, located on UCF’s campus. There will be a reception at 6 p.m., followed by the dinner and program at 7 p.m. The class will also be honored during the UCF-West Virginia football game on Saturday, Oct. 18.

Sims-Walker played as a wide receiver for the Knights from 2002 to 2003, where he racked up an impressive 2,561 yards on 184 receptions, scoring 17 touchdowns over 49 games. He earned reco
