FORSYTH, Ga. — The Forsyth Police Department said on Wednesday that they have charged three juveniles believed to be involved in a shootout back in June.

They said that the three juveniles were involved in an argument that "escalated into shots being fired between them."

According to the police department, the investigation was completed and the first juvenile was charged with aggravated assault and theft by taking, the second and third were charged with possession of a handgun by a person under the age of 21.

The shooting happened in June on 500 Cabiness Road, at the Forsyth Gardens Apartments around 11:30 p.m., according to police.
