What started as a joke has ended (for now) with a diss track .

Lyfe Jennings and Muni Long have been at odds since last week over his 2004 record, “Must Be Nice,” and admittedly, this R&Beef was not on anyone’s bingo card.

Ironically, Jennings recently spoke with VIBE about the legacy of his hit single. “I know when you hear that song, it’s automatically gonna take you back to where you were when the song came out,” the 47-year-old artist explained.

Jennings noted that “it’s amazing” for the song to still resonate with fans after 20 years. Later expressing, “It’s humbling to me and it’s a reminder that you can still do something meaningful out here and still get the accolades .”
