The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the public’s help finding a “large amount of solar panels” that were allegedly taken from a solar farm site in Parkman over the weekend.

Three stacks of 4-by-6-foot panels on pallets disappeared from the site near 619 Route 150 sometime between 4 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Tuesday, according to the sheriff’s office.

“These are very heavy and would have required a large trailer to move,” the sheriff’s office said in a Facebook post .

Anyone with information is asked to send the sheriff’s office a Facebook message.
