A Georgia woman did not have the support of her husband after she was accused of repeatedly beating her 14-year-old grandson.

Patricia Green, whose age was not provided, was arrested on Sunday on one charge of cruelty to children . According to an incident report obtained by local CBS affiliate WRDW, Burke County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call from a counselor at Burke County High School on Friday regarding a 14-year-old student. When deputies arrived, the boy was in the counselor's office to report that he was being abused by Green, his grandmother.
