Pottery Road is expected to be closed to thru traffic for a month, starting Thursday, as the final phase of curb and gutter installation takes place.
“We’re going to start to do some clearing along the right of way and take down the vegetation, so we can extend the road and fix it,” said Kurt Unnerstall of KJ Unnerstall Construction, whose company is doing the road work for the Washington Special Road District. “There’s kind of a dog leg in that road, a bad bend. We want to straighten that curve.” ×
