GRAND FORKS — Jurors at a Grand Forks murder trial on Wednesday, Aug. 20, saw video and photos from inside the apartment building and apartment where Donald Bartlette is accused of killing 49-year-old Tony Kiehl last October.

On day two of the trial, jurors got an in-depth look at the crime scene and heard a theory from the defense, who pointed the finger at another possible killer.

Wednesday’s testimony featured several investigators and the ex-girlfriend of the victim, who still lived with him.

Surveillance video from outside the Cherry Heights apartment building last October showed Kiehl in plaid and Donald Bartlette, 46, in a black coat.
