On the season in Triple-A, counting his time in Durham as well, Gervase has a 2.94 ERA and 37.3-percent strikeout rate with only 13 walks in 49 innings.
Gervase made his major league debut earlier this season for the Rays, and allowed three runs in 6 1/3 innings, with five walks and six strikeouts in five games.
