Three Weld County departments received national awards that recognize the departments’ programs and services.

On Aug. 13, the county commissioners honored the recipients of the 2025 National Association of Counties Achievement Awards for three noteworthy programs. Since 1970, the awards have recognized county government departments in 18 categories, according to a Weld news release
