LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Months after a teen was fatally shooting in the Newburg neighborhood, another teen has been arrested.
On Wednesday, Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) Homicide Unit arrested a 16-year-old, who has not been identified due to their age, and charged them with murder and second-degree possession of a handgun as a minor.
The victim, a teen boy, was found shot in the 5300 block of Ridgecrest Road and was pronounced dead at the scene.
LMPD said no other information would be released at this time.
