CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The lawyer of the man now at the center of an uproar in the downtown brawl case speaks to FOX19 NOW about the new charges in the case.
45-year-old Alexander Tchevinski has been identified as the man seen in the video slapping a person before a brawl broke out.
In other videos, he is also shown getting punched and kicked by a swarm of people, some of whom now face felony charges.
Tchevinski’s lawyer, Doug Brannon, says that he “is continuing to suffer from his injuries. He was brutally beaten in the attack, like many others were, and he’s continuing his medical treatment.”
A statement from Tchevinski to FOX19 NOW says he was hit in the head 28 times and robbed.
