Luke Weaver became a key player for the Yankees last season, but he will be a free agent after the season.
Weaver had a 2.89 ERA last year and pitched in 62 games. In the postseason, he had a 1.76 ERA and finished eight games for his team, picking up four saves in the process.
He has a 2.52 ERA through 47 games this year, and could have a strong market in free agency. The Baltimore Orioles just found out that Felix Bautista will miss all of next season, and FanSided's Chris Landers tabbed Weaver as a fit for the team.
