A former strip club in Cheektowaga that’s been closed and vacant for at least three years has a new owner and future use that has no connection to its past.

Leontios “Lee” Bahas, owner of Erie Painting & Maintenance on Rein Road, paid $1.2 million through Cybertron LLC to acquire the 4.7-acre site at 777 Aero Drive that was the longtime home of Mademoiselle Gentleman’s Club and then Tryst, according to Vito Picone, owner and president of GIO Real Estate Group, who brokered the deal for both buyer and seller.

Bahas said the site is “a rock’s throw away” from his bridge construction company, which repairs bridges, does concrete work and sandblasting, and paints bridges, water towers, locks, dams and other industrial structures. “It’s an old decrepit property that I’ve seen forever,” Bahas
