FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A beloved holiday tradition won’t be returning to the Central Valley this year, as Fresno’s Christmas Tree Lane announced it has suspended walk nights for 2025.

YourCentralValley.com broke the news to one woman in the Fresno community, on her walk through Christmas Tree Lane, who was emotional to hear some people won't be able to make memories at a walk night this year like she had.

“My grandchild, I had, he’s 25 now, I carried him on my shoulder down Christmas Tree Lane. And so, yeah, it would be really sad if it was gone," said Janice MacAlpine, her voice breaking.
