A Brevard County mother has been indicted on charges of felony murder and aggravated child abuse in the death of her two-month-old son in 2021.

23-year-old Belle Winter was indicted on the charges two months after her husband, 26-year-old Donovan Winter, was arrested on the same charges. Latest Forecast

On June 1st of 2021, Deputies responded to apartments on Merritt Island after getting a call that a two-month-old baby boy was unresponsive.

The medical examiner determined the baby died from multiple blunt impact head injuries.

In a redacted arrest report for Donovan Winter, it says he and who we believe to be Belle Winter seemed to struggle with the baby's crying. With Donovan saying in text messages,

"I'm tired, he's screaming,
