EBENSBURG, Pa. – Arguments in a class-action lawsuit filed against the pharmacy benefit management company Express Scripts as well as UPMC and Highmark health plans have been delayed by a disagreement over whether the case should be decided in county or federal court.
The class-action suit was filed in the Cambria County Court of Common Pleas Friday, on the day Express Scripts planned to drop the Martella’s Pharmacy chain from the UPMC and Highmark networks. ×
