PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State University (WSU) has been recognized as the "most loved college" in the nation by the Princeton Review. The honor is part of the Princeton Review's annual Best 391 Colleges 2025 guide .

WSU also earned impressive rankings for "happiest students," coming in third, and for having the second-best athletic facilities in the nation. The results are drawn from surveys of more than 170,000 students across the country.

In addition to WSU's achievements, Gonzaga University in Spokane was ranked first for having students most passionate about their school's sports teams.

Whether a fan of the Cougars or the Zags, there's much to celebrate in Washington's college community.
